Issued CD album: Shono «Hunters» Throat singing from the shores of Baikal

Throat singing from the shores of Baikal. Powerful charge of rock'n'roll from a young Buryat ethno-rock band.

 The SHONO band was founded in early 2014 by Alexander Arkhincheev. Alexander is a multi-instrumentalist musician, and a talented throat singer. He originates from the neighbourhood of Irkutsk. The SHONO band plays buryat epic poetry in a ethno-rock style. Today, Alexander and his band get involved in the broadcasting of buryat and mongolian cultures at Irkutsk. The first recording is planned winter 2016.
